R-Control was chosen to lower operating costs. Mr. Daniel, the motel owner/builder wanted to also provide his guests with a quiet, comfortable stay. The R-Control panel construction will mitigate noise from the nearby interstate.

Construction timing was a strong consideration to meet the opening deadline. Large sections were installed in single pieces. Similar stick construction would have taken weeks longer. Even the tough Montana winter did not slow the installation.
